I’ve lived this and I’m going to keep it so so real with you! I don’t do #ChatwithNJ because I made seven figures with a funnel that’s so successful I want to sell you a course on how I did it. That’s not why I’m here. I’m here because I made a decision… a decision not to hang out in fear, unbelief, depression, low esteem. poverty mentality, generational propensities and all the places that breed self inflicted negativity in our lives. By the way, I like funnels and 7 figure incomes, that’s just not why I’m here.

In 2003 I started mentoring and coaching and have helped thousands as they gain INpowerment to break free from negative thought processes in their lives.

There’s a trending buzzword-Mindset Coach; if you call me that I won’t resist but I don’t favor trends. They’re so wishy-washy and up down, in out.

I help with INpowerment, lasting INpowerment. AND yes, it starts with working on our Mindset which I prefer to call THOUGHT PROCESS.

A popular question is if you could wave a magic wand what would your life look like? Here’s some juice, there aren’t any magic wands to this thing… you have to put the work in. Putting the work in doesn’t always feel good but the results make you feel so much better.

MY PASSION

I know it sounds very cliche like but seeing US free and INpowered from negative thought processes and openly addressing topics that are considered taboo are my passion.

THE PROCESS

I’m a advocate of walking through your processes in life and coming out victorious. There is strength in owning your process and allowing yourself to be INpowered. Along my journey I’ve had to say NO to a lot of boxes that were offered to me (Yes, you absolutely can decline boxes!). It took a while but I think the world gets it–I’m NJ. AND I’m going to be NJ.
That’s why I’m passionate about INpowered women. We get so many boxes offered to us that we think we ‘have to’ accept and we don’t…

THE DOING

Talking about it feels good but doesn’t produce change within itself. Application and practicing it (whatever it is for you) is where the doing happens. DOING isn’t comfortable and it’s not overnight. I’m here for the Doing. 

MAINTAIN IT!

It’s so easy to go back to the past. Sometimes familiarity with our sunken places is what draws us back even when we know it’s not the best thing for us–it’s familiar so we go back. But we don’t have to. Keep it moving-FORWARD!

I am a Christian, and ordained minister that has served as a staff pastor twice. I founded G.A.P. Ministries Inc., a faith based 501C3 non-profit in 2003. I have helped many with forward movement through the Positioning4Purpose Program which infuses INpowerment and getting unstuck. If that scares or offends you we’re not a good fit to Chat. I don’t hide my faith. I also don’t try to force anyone to believe as I do.

I don’t fear science or worry that someone will say I believe in ghost or any of the common things I hear. I’ve heard it all…and NO, I’m not offended, LOL.

If you can vibe with someone that may think differently from you we can do this-together. I won’t try to convert you and I also promise not to hide who I am from you. You do the same and we’re good.
